  1. How do I order WTSC team apparel? Visit our home page, scroll to the bottom and click on the Elsmore Logo and it will take you directly to the page with WTSC items, it is not always available later in season. Visit Shop
     
  2. Where do I find the practice schedule? Click on PRACTICE SCHEDULE link in black at the top of the website.

  5. Where do I get a team shirt and cap? Upon registration, team shirts will be ordered based on the size registered in swimmer profile, a cap is provided at first meet and the first is free, $5 for an additional latex cap and $15 for silicone ones.
     
  6. What does my swimmer need for practice? View the list by group level under the Programs Tab. We do have some practice items that are community.
     
  7. What is “dryland” and when does my swim group have it? Structured exercise outside of the pool, usually 2 days a week.  See coach for schedule, must have tennis shoes to participate.
     
  8. What are the volunteer requirements for WTSC? Per registration packet, 3 shifts/sessions per swimmer per meet that we host, even if your swimmer will not compete. You do have the option to hire a stand-in for your shifts; we can provide a list of potential hires, but you will need to coordinate on your own. 
     
  9. How can I view my invoice?  Log in on Team Unify, click on MY ACCOUNT at top right by the circle and the view will change to the menu on the left.  My Account then Invoice & Payments
     
  10. How can I change my monthly payment type? My Account, then Set Up Auto Pay
     
  11. What is short course vs long course? Short course is 25 meters, long course is 50 meters.
     
  12. When is short course season?  September to March. 
     
  13. When is long course season? April to July
     
  14. How does the billing work for the club?  Initial registration starts in August and a lump sum is paid upfront for insurance, coaches fees, and admin. The following month on the 1st will start your first monthly billing and will bill through July 1 of the following year.  Our year-round members don’t have a monthly fee for August.
     
  15. What do I do if my swimmer can’t make a meet that they are registered for?  Just email the coach, however, we pay ahead of time to the host club so the account will still be billed for what they were registered for.
     
  16. How do I find my swimmers meet results for the length of time they have been swimming? Log in, Events & Competition, then Meet Results- this is every time for your swimmer from when they started with a USA Swimming id.
