IU Holiday Hoopla – Good luck to our swimmers in action this weekend at the IU Holiday Hoopla (November 7-9 @ IU Natatorium). We have more than 70 swimmers attending this event and are eager to see them put their hard work to the test. Entries for this event are closed and have been posted online and at the pool for review. And an informational email will be sent to all participating families later this week. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions about this event and stay tuned for more information.

Swimmers of the Month – Congratulations to the following swimmers who were chosen by their coaches as Swimmers of the Month for October: Katie Countryman & Trevor Murphy (Senior); Naomi Pulliam (Gold); Ethan Rodgers (Silver); Emma Kampman (Bronze). WTSC is proud of our Swimmers of the Month for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations – WTSC is proud of Kayley Spicer who will continue her student athlete career at McKendree University in the fall of 2026. Congrats Kayley and good luck in this next chapter of your career.

November Schedule – A November practice schedule has been posted to the “Practice Schedule” tab of the WTSC homepage. All dates and times are subject to change and/or cancellation. Please follow this document closely and speak with your group coach if you have questions.

WTSC Holiday Champs – It will soon be time for our first hosted event of the season, the WTSC Holiday Champs (November 21-23 @ North Central HS). This meet is one of the flagship invitationals in the Midwest and we will welcome guest teams from Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio and several local teams to NC for a weekend of championship racing. WTSC has an outstanding reputation as an event host and that is thanks to you, our parents and families. And we will need your energy and dedication to our team to host another quality event. A job signup is now live on the event page on our website, and you can click the “Job Signup” button to view and select from the available shifts. As is our custom with our large, hosted events, all active Senior, Gold, Silver and Bronze swimmers have been pre-entered. If your swimmer(s) have conflicts, please opt out or adjust their days of participation by Monday, November 10. If you have questions about the meet, please speak with your group coach. And if you have questions about worker shifts, please speak with WTSC Business Manager J’nai Cochran.
