Kickoff Intrasquad – It has been great to see our swimmers back in the water and hard at work on another season and we are excited to see them race at our Kickoff Intrasquad (October 2 @ NC / 5:30pm warmup; 6:15pm start). All active swimmers in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Senior will be pre-entered in this event on Monday, September 22. If your swimmers cannot compete, please opt them out by Tuesday, September 30. We will also need a few volunteers to help us run the intrasquad. A job signup will be added to the event page on the WTSC homepage next week. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions about the intrasquad and stay tuned for more information.

RIVI Fall Invitational – We will follow the intrasquad with our traditional first invitational of the season, the RIVI Fall Invitational (October 18-19 @ IU Natatorium). This meet is appropriate and encouraged for all Bronze, Silver, Gold and Senior swimmers and yes/no signups are now available on the meet page on our website. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions and additional information will be available as it is provided by the host club.

WTSC Fall Festival – The WTSC Fall Festival is one of the favorite traditions of our team and we are looking forward to another great night at Eagle Forge Farm in Westfield. The date for this year’s Fall Festival is Friday, October 24 from 6-9pm. Additional information including cost and pitch-in information will be available closer to the event. For now, save the date and plan to join us for a bonfire, hayrides and great fun.

IU Holiday Hoopla – Our first meet deadline of the season is fast approaching as we will make a return trip to downtown Indy for a new event on our schedule this season, the IU Holiday Hoopla (November 7-9 @ IU Natatorium). This event is appropriate and encouraged for all Bronze, Silver, Gold and Senior swimmers and entries are now open on the event page on our website. If your swimmers are interested in this event, please commit them by September 26. An order of events document is posted to the meet page on our website and additional information will be available closer to the event. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions.

Elsmore Swim Shop – With our team back in the water, Elsmore Swim Shop, the official equipment provider of WTSC, is here to get your swimmers equipped for the season. You can visit Elsmore in person at their 96th Street location or click the Elsmore logo on the WTSC homepage to shop online.

Fundraising & Sponsorships – Earlier today you received information about our 2025-26 fundraising and sponsorship campaign. We have set an ambitious goal for this season, and your support and generosity are appreciated. Donations can be made via the WTSC Givebutter page (CLICK HERE). We are also excited to host our first annual WTSC “Parents Night Out” on Thursday, October 16 from 6-9pm at Union Jacks in Broad Ripple – save the date!
