Registration – It was great to see our swimmers back in the water for the start of a new season. If you have not yet registered your swimmers for the 2025-26 season, please complete that process ASAP and if you are having trouble completing your registration, speak with WTSC Business Manager J’nai Cochran. Returning swimmers and new members in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Senior can click the “Register” button at the top of the WTSC homepage to complete this process. Families interested in Riptides or our learn-to-swim program can click the “Lessons & Riptides Signup” button at the top of the page.

Evaluations – Our official evaluation nights were very popular, and we were pleased to see so many new swimmers interested in joining our team. Our door is always open to new swimmers and families. Interested families can click the “Contact Us” button on the WTSC homepage to speak with a club administrator or schedule an evaluation.

Practice Schedule – A September practice schedule has been loaded to the “Practice Schedule” tab of the WTSC homepage. All dates are subject to change and/or cancellation and any changes to our schedule will be communicated ASAP. Please follow the posted document carefully and speak with your group coach if you have any questions.

Short Course Meet Schedule – Our meets for the upcoming season have been added to the WTSC homepage and a downloadable meet schedule document has been posted to the “Practice Schedule” tab of our homepage. Additional events may be added as details are finalized with the host clubs. All events will be populated with additional information as the respective dates get closer. For now, please use the dates for planning purposes. Also, please note that we will host three large events this season that are subject to the worker requirements detailed in the registration information: The WTSC Holiday Champs (November 21-23), the WTSC Groundhog Invitational (January 30-February 1) and the CM Divisional Championships (March 6-8). These events are great opportunities to build on our reputation as an outstanding event host, and we need our awesome families and parents to help us run these events.
