BBSC Summer Splash – Good luck to our swimmers racing at the BBSC Summer Splash (July 11-13 @ Brownsburg HS) this weekend. This is our last “regular season” meet and will be our last chance for swimmers to make Divisional and State cuts. An informational email was sent to all participating families. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions and GO WTSC!

 

Swimmers of the Month – Congratulations to the following swimmers who were chosen by their coaches as Swimmer of the Month for June: Chloe McCue (Bronze), Cecelia Kaschner (Silver), Molly Memmer (Gold), Jack Campbell & Sarah McPherson (Senior). WTSC is proud of these swimmers for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the good work.

 

Championship Season – The summer “Championship Season” is almost here and we are looking forward to seeing our swimmers compete at these exciting events. As with all championship meets, qualifying times are required for participation. Please note the deadlines and notes about the respective championship meets below:

 

  • Senior State Championships (July 16-20 @ IU Bloomington) – This meet is the state championship meet for high school and college swimmers. Please speak with Coach Josh if you have questions about this event.
  • Age Group State Championships (July 25-27 @ IU Indianapolis Natatorium) – This meet is the state championship meet for 14&Under swimmers. Our commitment deadline for this event is July 18. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions about this event.
  • Divisional Championships (August 1-3 @ Crawfordsville HS) – This meet is identical to the traditional March Divisional meet and is appropriate for all WTSC swimmers who have met the qualifying times. Our commitment deadline for this event is July 25. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions about this event.
