Warmup and start times for the various sessions of the meet are as follows:

WTSC has a great reputation as an event host and that is thanks to you, our families. Thank you for filling your volunteer shifts for the weekend. You can review your assignments by clicking the “Job Signup” button on the event website. If you have questions about volunteering, please speak with WTSC Business Manager J’nai Cochran and if you have questions about the meet, please speak with your group coach. Thank you for your time, energy and commitment to our team. See you at the pool!

Northside Invitational – WTSC will return to our traditional late-season event, the Northside Invitational (February 15 & 16 @ Carmel HS). This event is appropriate and encouraged for all Gold, Silver and Bronze swimmers. Senior swimmers should speak with Coach Josh if they are interested in participating in this event. Event signups are now live on the event page on our website with an in-house commitment deadline of February 1. A schedule and order of events document has been posted to the meet page on our website and additional meet information will be available closer to the event. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions about this event.

February Schedule – Our February practice schedule has been posted to the “Practice Schedule” tab of the WTSC homepage. All practices are subject to cancellation or change and any changes to our schedule will be communicated ASAP. Please speak with your group coach if you have questions about the practice schedule.

WTSC Winter Fundraiser – Our 2025 winter fundraising campaign is off and running and we are grateful for the support and generosity of our donors and sponsors (see below). All funds will be used to purchase new equipment and upgrade existing equipment to better train our swimmers, offer scholarships to new swimmers in the Bronze and Silver Groups, and more. If you would like to donate you can click HERE to visit the WTSC Givebutter page. You can also select your swimmers’ training group and leave a shout out for the club, the coaches or whatever you like. If you have questions about our fundraising campaign or would like to help, please speak with WTSC Business Manager J’nai Cochran or WTSC Board Member Rob Vrabel.
