WTSC Championship Report

Huge congratulations to the WTSC Championship Team! Thank you swimmers, parents, coaches and fans for representing WTSC at such a high level and in such a positive manner. The TEAM enjoyed a great couple weeks of championship swimming and success. Congratulations on a fantastic summer LCM season! Below is a brief recap of Indiana Senior & Age Group State Championships. 

Indiana Senior State Championships - July 17-20 @ IUPUI

Indiana Age Group State Championships - July 24-26 @ IUPUI

- WTSC finished in 4th place overall as a TEAM with 831 Points!
- WTSC 13-14 Boys State "Age Group Team Champions"
- National Record in 13-14 Boys 200 Free Relay = 1:39.56 (Couchon, Hershberger, Miller, Kibler)
- National Record in 13-14 Boys 200 Medley Relay = 1:51.48 (Miller, Couchon, Kibler, Hershberger)
- State Record in 13-14 Boys 400 Free Relay = 3:42.04 (Couchon, Parker, Hershberger, Kibler)
- State Record in 13-14 Boys 50 Free = :24.38 (Andrew Couchon)
- State Champion in 13-14 Boys 100 Free = 54.56, 100 Back = 1:00.84, 100 Fly = 58.05 (Drew Kibler)

WTSC Top 8 Relay Performances:
- State Champion in 13-14 Boys 400 Medley Relay = 4:13.65 (Kibler, Couchon, Miller, Parker)
- 3rd Place in 11-12 Girls 200 Medley Relay = 2:15.88 (Jones, Lough, McPherson, Hightower)
- 3rd Place in 11-12 Girls 200 Free Relay = 2:00.95 (Hightower, McPherson, Sims, Jones)
- 7th Place in 10 & Under Girls 200 Free Relay = 2:21.88 (Bereveskos, Kesa, Reno, Kurzawa)
