2. Other News
- Summer Calendar: note some small changes have been made to the calendar. In particular for this weekend, as part of our team travels to Chicago to race:
- Saturday AM: Seniors, Tsunami, Crest, & Breakers 8 to 10AM, Whitecaps 9 to 10AM Canceled due to pool repairs- currently NC Natatorium heater is under repair, pool temp at 74. We anticipate to be up and running by Monday PM.
- No Senior AM on Monday
- Families traveling to Chicago to compete, please click here to view updated information provided by the meet host, including limited events, parking info, directions, etc.
- All incoming freshman will switch over to the Senior training gorup on a permanent basis starting next week. Review of the senior calendar: Monday through Friday 5:30 to 8AM, Monday through Thursday 3:45 to 6PM, Saturday 7 to 10AM. As attendance dramatically declined over the past few weeks due to school finals & projects, we hope to see a large group at practice next week.
3. Just recently you may have noticed a new group at the pool in the evenings. In keeping with our "Superior Swimming- Supportive Community" team motto, we are extending a helping hand to a neighbor team. Red Devil Aquatic Club (Pike High School), as they are in the process of building a new pool, will be swimming at the NC Natatorium for several months in the 7:15 to 9PM time slot. Please make them feel at home and go with flow as sometimes deck space will be tight around 7:15pm.
