Lindsey M Bradshaw

Lindsey has been with WTSC for 2 years now and brings more than 14 seasons of coaching experience to the team. She is the lead coach of the Whitecaps group. Before coming to WTSC, Lindsey coached with Southeastern Swim Club for 6 years.  There, she was the the lead group coach of a developmental group. Lindsey is also ASCA Level 1 and 2 certified.

 

Lindsey started swimming when she was 11 on Southeastern Swim Club. After 8 years on the club team and 4 years swimming varsity for HSE, she decided to focus on school. She attended Purdue University and studied elementary education. She has her masters degree in secondary biology education.  Currently, she teaches 5th grade at Riverside Intermediate School, a Hamilton Southeastern school.  

 

Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, and dog, Toby.  They like to walk in the Monon Trail.  She likes doing yoga and swims on a local masters swim team. If you ask Lindsey what age-group swimming did for her, shell tell you, "It not only taught me about competition and sports, it taught me about time management, teamwork, perserverance."

 


Whitecap Assistant Coach

Matt Carrington

Matt joins WTSC after having served as a NC High School assistant coach for the past three years. Before coming to NC & WTSC, Matt held numerous coaching positions, including stints at Danville and Hamilton Southeastern. Matt's strengths include a detailed focus, helping children with goal setting, and building a love for the sport. 

A resident of Indianapolis, Matt works at a new telecommunications company downtown. He graduated from Ball State University in 2002 and has had stints with jobs in Denver and Phoenix before returning to Indianapolis. He and his wife of 10 years, Christy, have three lovely daughters.
