1. Deadlines

  • Please send an email to confirm with Coach Matt your intent to swim at Senior State, in particular if you are a 14 & under swimmer. The meet sign up deadline is approaching and since we may be pulling in swimmers from mulitple training groups, we are requesting an extra confirmation. Click here to view the individual entry report as of Thursday PM. Final changes are due by Monday 5pm.
  • The sign up deadline for next week's Long Course Time Trial is Monday, March 17th. Note we will be offering no standard practice that day.

2. News

  • Congrats to our Age Group State Team!
  • Our relays encompass the entire team, so congrats to all the swimmes at the bottom of the page!!!
  • Click here to redirect to our Age Group State page- it has all current information as well as a link to the host team meet website page. If you are going to the meet, please consider these 3 "must do's": 
    • Read the Age Group State page linked above completely. 
    • State Team Caps are a must. All swimmers received caps at practice this week. In the event you misplace your cap, coaches will have more available on deck. 
    • Team uniform/shirts: Black on Friday, Green on Saturday, Red on Sunday

                       Other details for this weekend:

For all swimmers not competing Friday night, we will run an abbreviated practice at NC from 5:30 to 6:30pm. This is for all training groups. No practice Saturday for all 14 & under groups. Seniors will swim 7 to 8:30AM. 

3. As we near the end of the season, it's a good time to review the calendar. Three important dates to keep in mind. Monday, March 24th is our final normal practice date*,  March 25th is our Open House/Pool Party from 6 to 7:30PM (all swimmers, parents, family & friends are invited to join us in the pool), and April 14th is our first day back in the water for the Spring/Summer season.

*= Swimmers signed up for the Speedo Series Sectional Championship meet will still have practice on March 25th, 26th, 27th.
