1. Deadlines

  • The swimmer sign up deadline for our own Holiday Champs Invite has passed. All swimmers that did not sign out of the meet were automatically signed up by the coaching staff (please note this is the opposite method usually used for meets). If you have any questions, please consult your group coach. It will take the coaches a few more days to finish event selection.
  • Volunteer sign up for our invite is also near. Please see the volunteer section below for full details. 
  • Indy Dolphins Winter Invite (now called the Jaguar Aquatics Winter Invite)- sign up by November 15th for our only invite in December.

2. News

  • Fall Spirit Wear is available for order. Please click here or visit the team's bulletin board in the pool area- a hard copy must be filled out and turned in-- in person to Mary, in the drop box at the pool, or scanned and emailed.  All orders are due to Mary Sims via email or in the drop box on the bulletin board by NOVEMBER 26th. Orders will be arrive approximately December 11th.  Please email Mary with any questions. Note that if minimum orders are not met we will be unable to fulfill the order. 
  • As the pool area is quite often a busy place and the coaches are working with your swimmers, please note the best way to chat with your group coach is by scheduling a moment to talk via email. Click here to redirect to the coach page, which includes email contact for the whole staff.
  • Current WTSC invoices are available for viewing under the billing section of the team website. Remember payment is due by the 21st of each month or a late fee will be posted to the account.
  • Noblesville Invite this weekend! Directions and warm up times posted.
    • Good luck to our swimmers-everyone has put in a month of great work since the RIVI invite. We look forward to watching WTSC lead heats and drop times all weekend.
    • No practice this Friday PM or Saturday AM-- over 70 swimmers signed up for this meet!!
    • Due to the size of the meet, several events have been limited by the meet host. Additionally, all Saturday AM swimmers have been limited to a max of 3 individual events and relays have been canceled for both morning sessions. No limits have been put in place for the afternoon sessions. Relays are also scheduled to race in the afternoon sessions.

3."Families Build Champions and Championships" WTSC is asking all families to help contribute to the continued success of our home swim meets. The swimmers, coaches, and WTSC Board of Directors appreciate the support from all of our families.

  • Volunteer Registration is open! As per the volunteer agreement in your registrations packet, all WTSC families are asked to sign up for 3 shifts per swimmer with a maximum of 6 shifts total for the weekend.You will find the sign-up underneath the "Events" section of the main page of the website. We are in need of training new announcers and computer operators. Please let Ann Papachronis know if you are interested in either- [email protected] 
  • Drinks & Desserts
    • Please note due to a contract between Coca Cola and NCHS, all drink donations must be Coca Cola/Desani water products.
    • Please bring in drinks and baked goods anytime between Thursday Nov 21st 6PM and Saturday Nov 23rd at Noon.
    • All team members: 1 dozen quality baked goods (please no Oreos, Chips Ahoy, etc)
    • Whitecaps & Crest- 1 case bottled Desani Water
    • Senior, Tsunami, Breakers- 1 case any coke product
