Greetings,

A few "dry side" items for this week:

1.Parents - Please remember no parents are allowed on the pool deck or in the locker rooms while the club is utilizing the facility.  This is a WTSC, NCHS and USA Swimming Rule; failure to comply will have a negative effect on our insurance.  There are public restrooms in the hallway for your use.

2. This is a reminder for those on the monthly payment plan to sign up for the online bill pay.  Please do so under the "My account" tab once logged in to the team website.  Late fees are posted to accounts with a balance on the 21st of each month.

3. Volunteer sign-up will be available on Tuesday, 10/29 for the Holiday meet 11/22-11/24. The team policy is for each family to sign up for 3 shifts per swimmer, with a maximum of 6 shifts per families of multiple swimmers. If your family has the ability to sign up for an extra shift or two during the meet, it would be greatly appreciated.  Please remember when signing up via the website, each box selected only counts as one shift. Please select the appropriate number of positions required for your family.  Failure to sign-up and volunteer for three working jobs per swimmer will result in a $50.00 fee per missed shift being applied to your account as detailed in the registration.

4. Official renewal forms are due by 10/31/13. Please email the form to Ann Papachronis, [email protected].  Please email Jane Jones, [email protected], with any specific questions.
 
5. Please contact your group coach if your swimmer has not yet picked up their team t-shirt. We have a few families that need to pick up shirts.

6. Emergency Text Messaging Service - The club will utilize a text messaging service to alert families of last minute practice cancelations.  This is an alert service only that does not have the ability to receive return messages. Please follow the directions below if your family would like to receive the text messages.

    c. You will receive a confirmation text with instructions that follow.

7. Fall Spirit Wear - will be available 10/30 - 11/6.  All orders will arrive 11/14-11/15 before the Holiday Meet. Please keep an eye on the website for more details this week.

8. Winter swim lesson registration will take place on Tuesday, 10/29 & 11/5. Please encourage all friends and family to join our program!
