2. News
  • Boilermaker Invite this coming weekend! No senior practice, no Tsunami practice both Friday and Saturday. All other groups practice as originally scheduled. For those going to the Boilermaker meet, directions to the pool have been posted on the Boiler meet page.
  • Carmel Invite was a great start of the season for our swimmers. Since the meet host had the meet set up to use conversions for seeding puposes, it was difficult to determine the amount of best times at first glance. But we did great! Time drop reports will be posted on the bulletin board this week.

  • A quick reminder on saftey at NCHS, particularly as the weather turns warmer and kids are lured outside to play. The hallways and parking lot areas are strictly prohibited for all swimmers and siblings before, during and after practice except for immediate drop off and pick up times. The only exception; swimmers may wait in the hallway behind the lockerrooms for pick up after practice but are not to wander in the rest of the school or parking lot areas.
  • Golf Outing Update!! Just one of the prizes planned for the day....In addition to two sets of four tix (and parking) to the Indianapolis Zoo, someone at this year’s WTSC golf outing is going to get to go behind the scenes for a visit with an Indianapolis Zoo walrus. Tours are available Mon-Fri. Six people maximum. Minimum age is 6, and at least one adult must be present. The visit includes Zoo admission.Click here to watch “One (Indianapolis Zoo) Orphan’s Incredible Journey.” Click here to watchthe two walruses playing together. It’s likely the recipient will meet Aurora, the adult female walrus. The baby male walrus, Pakak (pronounced PUCK-UK), will be around too but the Zoo's not sure he’s trained well enough yet to have up-close interactions with guests. Sign up for the  Golf outing by clicking here.

Thanks & Go WTSC!
