CSC has announced limited events- please note that the limitation is denoted by the line. Different events have different cut-off points, however all those listed above the line will be guaranteed a swim. We recommend any swimmer listed one or two spots below the line to show up to swim as the majority of the time swimmers are "bumped" or "scratched" into position. There is no guarantee on this however. If an event is not listed, it is not limited- all swimmers will compete in that event then.

Friday, May 10 :

Warm-ups: 4:00-4:50 P.M. Meet starts: 5:00 P.M.

Saturday/Sunday, May 11-12: Split Warm Up sessions

Morning session:

Warm‑ups: 6:30-7:50 A.M. Meet starts: 8:00 A.M.

Session 1) 6:30am-7:10am / Session 2) 7:10am – 7:50am

Afternoon session:

Warm‑ups: 12:30-1:30 P.M. Meet starts: 1:30 P.M.

Session 1) 12:30pm-1pm / Session 2) 1pm – 1:30pm

ON SATURDAY WTSC HAS WARM UP SESSION #1, ON SUNDAY WTSC HAS WARM UP SESSION #2-- FOR BOTH AM AND PM SESSIONS

Saturday evening session (1500m Free):

Warm-ups: 6:00 P.M. Meet starts: 6:30 P.M

Pool will be cleared 10 minutes prior to meet start.

Limited events: Friday night we will limit events to no more than 7 heats (49 swimmers) per event. In addition, we will limit the 11-12 and 10 and under 200 free and 200 IM’s to 3 heats (24 swimmers) per event. A psych sheet will be sent by email separately and also posted towww.carmelswimclub.org on Tuesday May 7^th by 5 pm.

Construction at Carmel High School -- Parking & Hospitality

There is ongoing construction at Carmel High School, which will impact parking and hospitality for the Spring Fling. The construction office is temporarily occupying the Hospitality room. Accordingly, we will have light hospitality for the meet. There will be breakfast, lunch and dinner provided, however, it will not be as extensive as in past years. In addition, parking has been reduced by the construction. There is additional parking available on the north and west sides of the high school.

• Saturday/Sunday Morning Events 7:15 A.M.
• Saturday/Sunday Afternoon Events 1:00 P.M.
• Saturday 1500 Free 6:00 P.M.

***Coaches- please be advised that in order to manage our timeline we will be using chase starts on Saturday and Sunday during the morning and afternoon sessions***

Clerk of Course

Clerk of Course for 10 & under swimmers will be in the pool lobby on the carpeted area. Lane assignments will be posted around the pool deck.
