WTSC Returning Swimmer Registration
WTSC fall registration is now live online for returning swimmers. All returning swimmers are to register online. You will see a link in the upper left-hand side of the homepage stating “START REGISTRATION.” Please click on this link and follow the directions.
There are two options available for registration in terms of payment: Annual Paid in Full or Monthly.
Annual Paid in Full: If you are registering an Annual Paid in Full member, please select “pay by check.” The Team Unify platform is unable to accommodate our multi-swimmer discounts in the online registration. By registering this way, the card on file will be charged for the full amount due on September 1st. If you plan on paying by check, please mail the check to the PO Box no later than 9/4/12.
Monthly Payment: You will be asked to select between paying with a check or by a credit card/ACH. If paying by credit card/ACH, your card will be charged the $300 registration fee per swimmer at the end of the registration process. If you are paying by check, please mail the check to the PO Box no later than 9/4/12.
Important Items to Note:
- All swimmers that are moving to a new group this fall have been placed in the new group in the system.
- One will receive a 5% discount when paying in full.
- WTSC continues to offer a 15% discount on the second swimmer coaching fees, a 30% discount of the third swimmers and the fourth swimmer only pays the administration fee of $75.
- Coaching fees are unchanged from last year with the exception of the StayInShape group. A dues schedule was emailed with along with these instructions.
- Please note that all outstanding balances from the 2011-2012 season must be paid in full in order to participate in the upcoming season.
- Please double check expiration dates on the cards on file in the system.
- Online registration will close Friday, 9/7.
