Annual Parent Meeting & Swimmer Recognition Party

The WTSC Annual Meeting is Friday, June 1^st. At this meeting, voting will take place on the WTSC Board of Directors, as well as information regarding future events and trends with the club. The night will also have a recognition party for our swimmers- the WTSC tradition of awarding the team’s highest time droppers! Schedule of events and details:

• Friday, June 1
• Parents meet in the pool classroom 5:45PM to 7PM- dinner & business
• Swimmers attend their normally designated training times, but will get out at 6:45PM for recognition ceremony starting at 7PM.
• All activities will be done by 7:30PM.
• This will be a pitch in dinner.
  • Last name A to G: Salad or Side dish
  • G to N: dessert
  • O to Z: drinks
  • WTSC will provide the main dish
