Deadlines

• SWIMMER SIGN-UP DEADLINE FOR OUR OWN JULY INVITE, ON THE 15^TH TO 17^TH, IS THIS FRIDAY JUNE 30^TH. Please do not make the assumption your swimmer is automatically signed up for this meet. If you have not done so already, please sign into your account and indicate what days your swimmer will compete. Full information for this meet, including warm up times and event orders, can be found on the meet page of the team website.
• The volunteer sign up page for our July Invite is now live. A couple notes on this:
  • As per your registration material, families have a volunteer commitment of 3 shifts per swimmer, maximum of 6 per family.
  • We have the greatest need for volunteers on Friday morning of the meet. If you are at all capable of signing up for a shift on Friday morning, please do!
  • All timing positions are being filled by other non-WTSC groups.
  • The deadline for signing up for this aspect of the meet is Monday, July 11^th.

Reminders

• Reminder that new invoices will be rolling out on July 1^st- please sign into your account to check your balance.
• The championship meet season is quickly approaching. Information for the Age Group and Senior State meets is now loaded onto the website. Both of these meets have qualifying time standards in order to participate. It is quite an honor to take part in these State meets. Full information, including a list current qualifiers, qualifying times, event orders, relay information,  etc. is linked on each meet’s page on the website.
• No practice this coming Monday- Happy Birthday USA!! Enjoy your 4^th with family and friends! The calendar is linked here.

Cool News

• The Vincennes Big Bang at the Beach Invite was a huge success this past weekend. The kids walked away with medals, trophies, sun tans (and a few burns), great stories, and fast times. Thank you to the parents for supporting this meet and cheering for our team. Despite some rain, cold mornings, and hot afternoons, the swimmers were fantastic.
