- Upcoming deadlines:
- Vincennes Big Bang at the Beach Invite- WTSC sign up deadline is May 25th! Time is running out! Hotel info now available on the meet page of the team website.
- June 4thand 5th2 Day Dual Meet vs. Southeastern Swim Club- sign up deadline is also May 25th.
- Both of these meets are great opportunities for us to grow the list of swimmers qualifying for Divisionals and State!
- Also a quick reminder that we will be offering an officials introduction and training clinic before the meet starts on June 4th. This is a great way to see what officiating is all about and perhaps start the educational process. Four great reasons to become an official: 1) it’s an easy way to fulfill your volunteer requirements at our own meets 2) you get to be a little closer to the action at any meet (you can volunteer to be an official at any non-WSTC hosted meet too) 3) you get to take advantage of food and drink in hospitality rooms at meets 4) you help the team run fair and safe meets for our swimmers. The club is in great need for more officials!
- Need a new team suit for meets or just a regular suit to practice in?? Kastaway Swim Wear will be visiting the NC pool area on Monday, May 23rdfor a suit fitting.
Good luck to all of our swimmers this weekend at Carmel!
Thanks
