  1. There will be a Parent Meeting on Wednesday, 1/5 in the classroom attached to the pool.  Two meetings will be run to accommodate as many schedules as possible: 5:30-6:30 & 6:30 -7:30 PM.  A few topics to be covered include online billing, fundraising, elimination of the Splash Fund and recruiting.
  2. Attention Parents!!  WTSC will have a PARENT SOCIAL on Saturday, 1/8 at 7 PM at Moe & Johnny’s.  Please look for more details on the website; we would like families attending to sign-up online so we have an accurate number of those attending. The sign up will be in the same location as meet sign up on the website. Please indicate the number of people attending in the comment box of your sign up if possible.
  3. WTSC OFFICIALS:please email your completed renewal application to Ann Papachronis, [email protected] by Tuesday, 12/28.  The renewals have a quickly approaching deadline and we want to make sure all our officials are renewed on time!
  4. January Invoices have been sent!  To access your invoice following the following steps:
    1. Login to your account
    2. Under “my account” click “$ my invoice and payments”
    3. Click on the current invoice
    4. You have the ability to print them off and send them in w/ a payment or set-up an automatic credit card or checking account payment.  The automatic payment needs to be set up by December 31st to pay for the January 1st deadline.
  5. Splash Fund – the splash fund credits or outstanding balances (as of 8/31/10) have been merged into the new online billing system.  The current January invoice reflects this information.  Please DO NOT WRITE separate checks to a splash fund anymore.
  6. Meet Sign up deadlines- the deadline to sign up your swimmer for the January 8th Intrasquad meet is January 5th. Likewise, the deadline to sign up for our own Groundhog Invite is also January 5th.
  7. Practice Schedule- the training schedule through the first week of January is posted on our website. Special days to take note of: Christmas Eve, next Wednesday (NC Panther Invite scheduled that day), and New Year’s Eve and Day.
  8. Happy Holidays to all!! Many, many thanks go out to all those that purchased clothes and other gifts for our Holiday “Fish Bowl” philanthropy drive! It was a huge success and we are proud to support those in need. We helped make the holiday season more enjoyable for several families!
