Urgent Meet Sign up Deadlines

The following meets have sign up deadlines in the very near future:

Noblesville Ice Breaker Invite: sign up deadline is October 16th

WTSC's Intrasquad meet: sign up deadline is October 19th

How do you sign up??

1. You should have already received an email generated from the website that informs you of a temporary PASSWORD. Please change this on initial sign-in. Your USERNAME is your email address that you provided on your registration form and that your received the password in. PLEASE NOTE ONLY FULLY REGISTERED AND PAYED SWIMMERS HAVE THIS ACCESS LEVEL. If you did not complete registration paperwork or payment, you will not receive a password.

2. Go to the MEETS/EVENT section of the website. It is available on the main menu bar that runs horizontally across the top of the homepage and also on the lower right hand corner of the homepage. Select the meet you wish to attend and sign up for.

3. Click "ATTEND THIS EVENT"

4. Click on your swimmers name.

5. This will lead you to a screen that has a drop down menu for YES ATTEND THIS EVENT or NO. Please note the system default is NO. A small comment box is available. Clicking Yes and leaving the box blank indicates an intent to attend the event. Adding comments provides more details for the coaches; for example if you want to only swim on Friday and Saturday of a 3 day meet, this would be the place to indicate so. LEAVING THE COMMENT BOX BLANK ON A MULTI-DAY MEET INDICATES YOUR PREFERENCE TO SWIM EVERY DAY.

6. From here you will either need to click SAVE CHANGES (FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN NO "YES" RECORD OF SIGN UP) or proceed to the event selection page.

7. IF EVENT SELECTION IS ENABLED by the coaches, please select your events. SPECIAL NOTE: THE COACHING STAFF HAS FULL AUTHORITY AND FINAL SAY ON ALL EVENT CHOICES. Again, please make sure to SAVE CHANGES.
